Traditional Jewish Passover recipe.

Serves: 2

4 pcs. Matzo
2 Eggs
1 cup Hot milk
1 tsp Sugar
1 Pinch Salt

Break matzo in pieces, put in mixing bowl, add salt, sugar, milk. Mix ingredients, let matzo to absorb milk. Bit eggs and add to the mixture, mix. Preheat frying pan, add olive oil just to cover bottom of the pan. Put mixture in the pan. Fry on medium flame, mixing frequently until mixture is golden.
Serving suggestions:

Great for breakfast with cottage cheese or pot cheese and a cup of tea or coffee.
