The Good for you cole slaw without traditional mayonnaise.


1 lbs. Cabbage, shreded
1 carrot, grated
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Tarragon vinegar
3 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar

Put shredded cabbage and carrots in a mixing bowl. Add oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix well. Chill in a refrigerator.

Serve as an appetizer or as a side to your favorite meat dish.
