This is the Russian version of a lighter, Italian style cheesecake.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients for dough in a mixing bowl until it forms a ball. Transfer it to a nonstick baking sheet (13" x 9" or a little smaller) and spread it with your fingers.
Mix all ingredients for filling in the bowl and spread over dough and put in the oven.
Bake it for 20 minutes or until crust is golden. Let it cool and then cut into squares.
