Ingredients:

1 Galon Milk, any fat %
1 Quart Buttermilk
Preparation:

Poor milk and buttermilk in a large oven proof pot, mix just to combine. Let stand on the counter or stove for about 24 hours or until it gets thick. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, put pot with lid off in the oven for 30 minutes until it separates, then let cool it off. Put cheese cloth in the strainer, poor cheese into it. Let it strain until desired consistency.
Yields about 2lb (1kg)
Serving suggestions:

Serve for breakfast with mama's Oladuski (Pancakes)
