Meatballs with rice in a light sauce.

1 Lbs Ground turkey or beef
1/4 cup Uncooked rice, Washed
2 Medium onions
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1/2 Tsp Sugar or to taste
2 cups Water
Olive oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste

Sautée one onion in the pot until golden brown.
Grind second onion and add to meat. Add rice, salt, and pepper to meat and mix well. Add 1/8 cup of water to meat mixture and mix. Form meatballs. Preheat frying pan and add a little oil. Before putting meatballs to frying pan flatten them with your hands. Fry on both sides just to light brown. Transfer meatballs to the pot with the sautéed onion, add water, ketchup, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for about 30 minutes.
Serving suggestions:

Serve with your favorite pasta.
