2 lbs Chicken breast
2 qrts Water
2 Carrots, pilled, sliced
1 Onion, pilled, whole
Salt to taste

Put chicken in a soup pot, add water. Get water to boil, reduce flame, skim the foam. Add carrots, onions, celery, salt. Boil for about 30 minutes, add parsley and continue to cook for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Dispose of onion.
Serving suggestions:

Serve clear bullion with oyster crackers on a side, or cook rice, buckwheat or egg noodles and put in a bowl with bullion. Add fresh chopped dill, if desired.
The otherwise bland chicken meat from the bullion can easily become a part of delicious Poflotski
